The Opening

chessboard → codebase

I learned to think on 64 squares before I learned to think in code. Chess taught me openings, sacrifices and endgames. Software taught me to ship them.

I started with HTML & CSS in class 10 and C++ by class 12. Then came the Python years: a first laptop, a voice assistant called Jarvis, a real invisibility cloak with OpenCV, and a master's in cyber security. After that, 3 years of freelance work in React, Angular and Next.js, then 2.5 years of enterprise Angular at Asite. Today I work at Upsquare, building 3 to 4 products at the same time with AI in every step. The tools changed five times. My way of working stayed the same: understand the whole problem, find the strong move, ship it fast.
